Outstanding customer service
Enjoyed my stay here at this motel. Toya was very friendly and helpful and welcomed me there at my arrival ensured everything was okay. Love this motel will be returning in September. Love Susquehanna County Pennsylvania.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like smoke which the worker noted when I complained and she came to review and agreed with me, however she would not do anything to compensate me including a different room or a small discount. The pillows smelled strange, I suspect the sheets were not recently washed. The venetian blinds and the drawstring curtains were defective, the employee said she would report it. But clearly nothing was done to compensate for these deficiencies. I won't be staying here anymore.

Hotel room was not ready upon check in. We went w a group and trip was booked a year in advance. Group was split across 3 floors and we did not enjoy ourselves. Bathroom stall was not clean w hair on the walls, fan didnt work and ac was not on when we areived. Room was over 80 degrees. Tenant next door was smoking weed on balcony and it pulled into room when we turned on ac.

A very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. My only negative comment was that a young woman (maybe teenager) was sitting off to the side behind the counter at check-in, apparently playing a video game or texting. This negative thing was that she was laughing; and it seemed to my friend that she was laughing at him and his situation. Perhaps there is a better place for her to giggle.

Have stayed here several times. When i booked on expedia.com this property was pet friendly. Upon arrival was informed that they no longer accept pets. I was never told that ahead of time. They did make an exception but required a $70 cash deposit. All in all it worked out. Just wished we had been given advance notice of the change so we could have found other arrangements.

Did not stay, refunded our money. Pre-booked since it was pet friendly. Asked for handicap accessible. Stairs? Had to pay a $50. Cleaning fee refundable IF the room was clean when inspected when we checked out. The room -rug-smelled…cat pee? While I was checking out the room, my husband drove around back. Looked like an illegal immigrant hotel. ??
