A recent villa with a surface area of 134 m². It opens onto a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room. The living areas extend onto the terrace, with large bay windows letting in plenty of light. A utility room.
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with its own shower room, toilet and dressing room. And a children's bedroom with a single bunk bed.
Two umbrella beds are available.
A bathroom with shower and separate bath. A guest toilet.
The house has a cooling floor.
The house is located in the countryside in a residential area. The 1900 m² garden faces Mont Ventoux and overlooks the neighbourhood. The pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter.
A covered terrace beside the pool, where you can enjoy meals in the shade. A green area ideal for children. And a trampoline.
An enclosed garage and automatic gate are also available.

Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht
Het was een fijn en overzichtelijk huis met heerlijk privezwembad en mooie ligging. Rustig gebied met veel wijngaarden, een bezoekje waard. Vlakbij prachtig dorpje Grignan met op dinsdag een leuke markt. Goed contact en communicatie met verhuurders. Dank! Fam. Terwel
