My sister and I stayed at Home2Suites for a week following surgery I had in Nov 2023. I believe the place had recently been renovated or was newly built. Our room had a kitchenette stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, baking dishes, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, and dish towels. There is an “apartment-sized” fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There isn’t a stove top or oven. The bathroom is roomy with plenty of towels, etc., and the place was immaculate. We had two queen beds that were quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant that serves burgers, salads, etc. within walking distance across the parking lot. This was an excellent choice for our needs. Pets are welcomed, too. I highly recommend this place for either a short or extended stay.

nice new hotel - clean and well apointed.
Was the tail end of our trip, hadn't booked anything, did a quick search on Hotels and found this place. Little out side of town but next to a Cinema, a good arcade and sports bar. Hotel is quite new, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly. We did get a room that was already occupied! thankfully we didn't see the people in there, just their stuff. Staff were very apologetic and we got an upgrade to a room with a mountain view - very lush. would happily go back. Breakfast was included and decent too - loved the waffle iron.

Book with the hotel and not on this site!
Overall we were very disappointed. We traveled 10 hours (6 adults with 2 babies) and when we got to our hotel we didn’t get the rooms we reserved and prepaid for. I reserved 3 total suites and only got 1 suite. The other two rooms we were stuck with because the hotel was booked and it was a holiday weekend. One adult person had to sleep 4 nights on a fold out couch which is not acceptable. I paid for 2 queen beds in a suite and got one king with a couch. The hotel said since we booked through a third party Hotels.com, there was nothing they could do because this site overbooked them. The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be. I think I should have gotten a credit back for the difference in cost from the two suites that were not suites with the correct number of beds. I will no longer use this site for my reservations.
