What an absolutely perfect house for our family gathering! They have thought of EVERYTHINGā€¦down to a baby gate for the stairs. The hot tubs and pool were amazing, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, the game room was so fun and the rooms were so comfortable. We will be back!

This property is incredible - I wish I could give it more stars in this review. The location is great, it has everything you could need (or want), and it has so many opportunities for fun and entertainment that we looked forward to returning after each day's excursion in the area. Amazing Property!
We recently gathered at this stunning property to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday with our family of 19, spanning ages 2 to 70. The home was truly ideal, perfectly accommodating our large group and offering endless entertainment for all ages. Our kids even declared it the best vacation ever, happily spending most of their time at the house. They practically lived between the arcade room and the pool, and we definitely got our steps in! The location was also unbeatable, allowing for quick day trips to spots like The North Pole (a magical experience for little ones) and Manitou Springs. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out, stocked with anything we could possibly needā€”or hadnā€™t even realized weā€™d need! Evenings around the fire pit on the patio were a delight, and we enjoyed cozy moments on the couches watching football or playing games. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to consider adding blackout or thicker curtains in the upstairs bedrooms, as the outdoor lights made the rooms quite bright at night. I hope we are able to make this a yearly trip, we had the best time! Thank you :)

We were here with our children and grandchildren, a group of 18. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tubs, game room. The furnishings were great and nice soft sheets and good beds. We even got to see deer and the neighborshood bear!

Spectacular vacation!
There are 15 of us - never easy to find a place that everyone likes - but this was a home run. The house was spacious, very nicely decorated, and had everything we could have wanted. The owners and hosts seem to have thought of everything; they even have a closet labeled "Things You Might Need" which included exactly the kinds of things you'd always have at your house but probably didn't bring with you. Just a fantastic experience all the way around. Thanks!

Fun for all ages, BOOK IT!
The house is huge and gorgeous! Thereā€™s so much to do that we needed a whole other week to experience it all. The location was great! Private yet had any amenity you could want within an easy 5 minute drive. The property manager, Nolan, was very friendly and helpful! We are a family of 16 ranging from 18 months to 66 that all thoroughly enjoyed the home and would book again!!

The house was simply beautiful and had plenty room for the entire family which was 23 of us. It was stocked with everything you would need for a weeks stay there. Plenty of games for the kiddos to play, living room/kitchen were huge and plenty of seating for everyone. I would highly recommend booking this place for a family vacation!

Excellent - with so many extras, so much to enjoy. The pool and hot tubs - the fabulous game room - the well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms and living room ā€”- all were above expectationsā€¦! The Hosts provided many things to make the guests stay well above an average rental. Even though we did not make the Samores - the ingredients and roasting sticks were there to be enjoyed. Three coffee pot choices and so many extra appliances were availableā€¦ The outdoor spaces with fire pits and comfortable seating areas were certainly special areas for our family to relax and enjoyā€¦. Too many amenities to list all - but our family had a Wonderful time in Woodland Parkā€¦.!!!!

21st Birthday Celebration with Family and Friends
This is one of those situations where the pictures don't actually do the property justice. The house is so much more beautiful in person than the pictures posted here. And the house's depth, warmth, and charming atmosphere cannot be captured by these pictures either. It is truly a wonderful property that is well stocked with every amenity and very well run by the host. My wife and I are clean freaks and found this place to very much be at or above our standards as well. I highly recommend!!!
