Our remodeled home is perfectly located, a home base for roaming all the remarkable sites and scenery of the Pikes Peak region. We are located in the heart of Old Colorado City, affectionately called the 'OCC'. The 'OCC' blends it's historic character with modern boutiques, award winning restaurants and local art galleries. Whether you plan to browse the shops and galleries, enjoy fine dining or attend a seasonal event, a trip to Old Colorado City will be a richly rewarding experience.

The landscape will set this house apart from all others. This custom landscape was designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. As you enter the backyard you will first come to a custom built in BBQ with a bar. BBQ and bar are covered with an open pergola, bar top seating, decorated with rope lighting. Next, you enter the fire pit and a custom water feature. weir water-feature behind an open flame will cast you into relaxation and vacation mode. Last but not least is the hot-tub area. You will find a custom-built pergola with privacy curtains, perfect for a rejuvenating soak. In the warmer months, this backyard also has beautiful annual floral pots throughout. All in all, the backyard area is designed to have you excited to return after a long day of sightseeing and adventure in beautiful Colorado Springs. Come enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather in one of Colorado's finest landscapes.

Perfect for our family of four visiting Colorado Springs. Kitchen and house in general are well equipped. Backyard also looks very nice but we didn't use it due to heat. Place is very clean except for master bath shower curtain. Very convenient location as a base to visit Pike's Peak, Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. Downtown Old Colorado city with restaurants and shops is within walking distance but we drove due to summer heat.. There are a couple of dilapidated house in the neighborhood but felt safe and is quiet. Would recommend staying.

This property offers so much! It's easily the best-stocked short-term rental we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning, and we used the outdoor grill for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade games. We also used the stackable washer and dryer to wash my USAFA cadet's laundry. It is single-level which was necessary for my elderly mother. Perfectly located for walking to Old Colorado City. I can't recommend this place enough and will look forward to staying again in the future!

Immaculate home in a great location!
My husband, myself and our two daughters stayed for five nights while on a getaway to Colorado Springs. The location of this property is superb. Close to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. My youngest daughter enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Communication with our host was excellent. My daughter left one of her AirPods and they found it and mailed it back to her. They definitely went above and beyond! The extra touches like sending restaurant and site seeing recommendations shows how much they care about their guests and their stay. You wonā€™t be disappointed staying here.

Anytime you stay in a strangers house it can feel weird at first, but after about three hours of making ourselves ā€œat homeā€ we felt so comfortable. By the end of the trip I was feeling sad that we were leaving because it felt like I was leaving my ā€œhomeā€. All of the amenities were great. From the hot tub to the cute bikes. We used the outdoor kitchen and bar multiple times as well. Lastly, the neighborhood is so cute and feels close. Grocery and restaurants are not far either. 12/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

This property was our home base for a few days over spring break. The central location was great for everything we wanted to do including Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Garden of the Gods. It's close to many good restaurants and the property owner provided restaurant recommendations which was really helpful. It's in walking distance of several restaurants and Old Colorado City shops.
