Welcome to the best of all worlds: a sunny, secluded, private, and newly-built cottage that's also walking distance from Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Only a mile from Manitou Springs. Relax in this two-bedroom cottage with natural light, bright artwork on the walls, and a full, spacious kitchen. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the front or back patios that face the mountains. Deer and rabbits abound. A peaceful cottage central to both hiking and shopping. Privacy fencing around property.

This is a brand new, spacious cottage set behind the main house with sleeping for 3 (though we can accomodate a 4th if they're willing to sleep on the couch). Access is from a dirt road, and we have parking for two cars (please check with us about tall RV's before booking). There is a spacious front patio as well as a private back patio off of the main bedroom.

Happy Place
Cheerful and comfortable accommodations. Great location near Old Colorado City and interstate. Tight parking when backing out of cottage parking space but we had no problem. If you are a heavy packer or don’t like to unpack your suitcase you might find the bedroom feel small. Otherwise well stocked in all ways.
