Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. The property is as advertised, well appointed, and comfortable. We loved the sitting room downstairs, it was cozy and the fireplace added to the experience. We have already made reservations to come back this summer!

Fantastic location, super comfy
The location of the farmhouse retreat could not have been better! Three aging college friends met for a fabulous long weekend. The beds were more comfortable than home, the place had everything we possibly could have needed. When we messed up the push button lock the host was super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place and great location!
We enjoyed our stay! This place was nicely decorated and was in the perfect location for everything we had planned to do. However the coffee pots did not operate properly, the bed blocks the air vent so it was hot every night, and there was mildew in the shower. Just needs a little fine tuning.

The location is good. For two people the size was fine but if all three bedrooms were occupied, the bathrooms would have been very tight. The layout is strange with the kitchen upstairs and the living room down. It's not as clean as I like but comfortable.

Fantastic Vacation
Beautiful duplex only a block from Colorado Ave where you will find many shops and restaurants. The kids loved the short walk to Old Colorado Creamery! They also loved the bunk beds and drawing on the easel in the bedroom. I loved the very short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitu Springs.

We were thrilled with our stay! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 9 and 11). The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The kids chose to sleep together because they loved the bunk beds, though they could have had their own rooms! The beds were cozy and the house was immaculate. The location was amazingā€”we could walk everywhere downtown! The host was very kind and communicative. We recommend this house highly!

Great location
There are so many things to see and do in the area and this place was located in the perfect spot. Easy to get to and quiet with a small town vibe. So many great restaurants in the Old Colorado City area. We packed in tons of activities such as several hiking outing in Garden of the Gods, Pikeā€™s Peak CogRail, Cave of the Winds, horseback riding, Seven Falls, and The Royal Gorge Route Railway. Great place would recommend to others and would stay there again if we return to the area in the future.

Great stay!
We were in town for USAF graduation. Perfect option as other family rented the other side of duplex so we were close but each had our own space. Location is great - walkable to downtown Old Colorado City and many dining options. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone.
