Bleak Bear Chateau is the LOWER LEVEL of a 5,500 sq. ft., 3 story home and is located in the desirable Broadmoor area. The Chateau is decorated to reflect the wonderful fall season with warm colors and cozy throw blankets. This luxury neighborhood boast beautiful homes, gorgeous landscapes and wildlife in abundance. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and secure, with the upper 2 levels of the home being occupied by your host family "neighbors". A locked door and 3 sound barriors divide the space to ensure privacy and security during your stay. Your own private entry ensures that you come and go as you please without interaction from you host family. Your space is your space, but should you need anything, the host is a mere text message away. Otherwise, you are unlikely to see them in this quiet, private setting.
Jump in your car and you are minutes away from historic downtown Colorado Springs (gorgeous this time of year and the fall vibes are EVERYWHERE)- visit Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo, Garden of the Gods, the world famous Broadmoor Hotel, Pikes Peak, Penrose Heritage Museum, US Olympic Hall of Fame and much, much more. Hungry...? Thirsty...? *Black Bear Chateau is located on the "locked off" lower level of a 5500 sq ft home with the upper 2 levels of the home being occupied by your host family. BLACK BEAR CHATEAU HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE AND YOU ARE COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE HOST FAMILY
