This property appears to be undergoing a renovation. The lobby, breakfast area, workout room, pool, and basketball courts were very nice! Our loft suite was very nice and comfortable. When we first arrived, the first room assigned had a bad smell. The desk agent quickly fixed the issue and personally inspected the new room to ensure it was good. The neighborhood around the property was deteriorating with several closed businesses. However once you are nessled into the property you don't really see or notice the area around it.

#1.. First room. Tv was broke. I found pretzel pcs on the floor. #2. They moved us to a different room. Pathway was littered with reno debri. There was trash on the small patio. Entrance into room was filthy. #3 Inside room carpet was stained badly. Dishes and silverware in kitchen not complete for two people. We asked for additional pcs but none showed up. We stayed a week and there were not enough towels for 2 people for a week. The stove gad one element that did not work. The bathroom sink had a crack in it. Workers demoed suite next door playing there music above the demo noise. At my work we wear earbuds so as to not disturb people beside us. The trash hopper was not emptied the whole time we were there 4# When we arrived a housekeeping staffer had to practically drag the front desk person from a back room to wait on me. #5 This was the worst place we have ever stayed.
