Among the best places I’ve stayed in some time
This is a very new hotel probably 5 minutes from the airport. It’s actually two different hotels in the same building, the other being Homewood Suites, with guests sharing all the common amenities. Everything was very clean, quiet and modern, comfortable bed with a nice walk in shower, big TV and awesome view of Pike’s Peak. The room would be a good fit for individuals or couples but families or those on an extended stay would probably be more comfortable in the Homewood. Breakfast was great with rotating hot options each day, a pancake machine, and things like muffins, bagels, yogurt and fruit. There was a spectacular looking outside space that was lit up at nights with a pool, hot tub and grills that will be great come summertime. Inside had a pool table around the spacious lobby and breakfast area, and a bar that looked like a nice place to grab a drink in the evenings. There were designated pet areas with bags and garbages available and I felt safe and comfortable taking my dog out late at night. The staff were all very pleasant, and the kitchen crew gave out candy canes to the kids on Christmas morning. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The evening reception was very nice as well as the breakfast buffet. Also nice to have coffee and tea always available in the lobby. I do wish there was an ice bucket in the room. My husband did get one at the front desk. I did have some difficulty “squeezing” the soap containers each time I washed my hands. The plastic was hard to squeeze. A pump version would be better. It would be hard for even an older a child.

Got to hotel at 11:00 pm just wanted our room and wanted a NON pet room was told they allow pets in all rooms got to our king room that we reserved bed was not made had no sheets or blankets or anything on it bathroom was dirty went back down stairs was told would have to take a queen Tyler at the front desk thought everything was funny and told me I wasnt guaranteed a king bed even if I did pay the different price for a king breakfast downstairs was cold would not stay there again

Great Hotel
Nice, new hotel with friendly staff. Check-in and check-out was quick & easy. The lobby has a few snack items, drinks and basic supplies for purchase. There's plenty of seating options inside and out. It was nice to also still have the outdoor hot tub working and open. The lobby has a bar, pool table, and several board games to play. This was perfect for us during our down time. The room was clean and the floor was quiet. I only wish there was a microwave in the room to go along with the mini fridge. Microwaves are in the lobby though. I also appreciated the breakfast and the staff setting it up. They were very kind and helpful. We also got a chance to catch the social hour that included soup, salad, crackers, cheese, veggies, dips, bread, lemon bars, and fruit. At checkout, there were also mini pies free for the taking. This is a great hotel, with an equally great staff. We will definitely be back!!

The staff overall were excellent and very nice. However when it came to checking in and out and even calling about said service weeks before, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was very happy with my stay there but very dissatisfied and disappointed with the check in staffs ability to provide accurate information and execution of task.
