Well the curtains were torn. The carpet what not vacuumed and had tons of dirt build up along with clock radio fell apart when touched and roaches came out. The a/ c was set at 60 so it was freezing in the room and the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged in. Breakfast was horrible and we didn’t eat. Staff was rude.

Badly understaffed. Property not well-maintained. Lots of conflict with guests and people endlessly ringing the bell during the night at the often unoccupied front desk. Food on ground in front of hotel was not cleaned up for almost 24 hours. Room had musty smell. Wyndham auditors need to pay this property a visit.

The front desk clerk was so rude and talked to us crazy with the nasty attitude..I had to get my mom to call hotel.com because his attitude was so bad and we had trouble checking in ..it was a full mess..I should have been given my money back

When we walked in the building , the smell of marijuana would make you vomit . We walked to our room anyway after a 9 hr drive. The room had no AC . Smelled somthing in the bathroom and someone had urinated in the shower . We took a pic and showed the staff . Got our money back and got the heck out and went to another place ..
