Nice quiet area and a few restaurants nearby the hotel including an IHOP within walking distance. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Provided us extra blankets and pillows upon request. Breakfast was your standard foods but still delicious and complimentary.

The staff are friendly and check in was super snooth. The rooms are nice but the hallways reek of marijuana. There are people around the lobby who look like they live there. Though they seemed friendly. Overall, not bad, but I would probably avoid booking here again

The staff at this hotel were great. However, it is stated that it is non-smoking. We wished this was enforced. We had children with us and the constant smell of weed coming out of rooms and into the hallways was overwhelming. We even had to switch our first room because the stale smell of it was awful. The floors were abnormally sticky throughout the hotel, in our room and in the elevator mostly. Again, the staff was great and friendly, but definitely some changes needed.

Service was good, conditions were terrible.

The lady that worked there was very nice and helpful. Had to listen to a couple fight until 3am. The hallways smelled like weed, the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, the shower head was leaking everywhere and you hear no stop police sirens driving by.

We did not stay the door was locked from inside and had been kicked in so we left room should have never been offered to us or anyone.

Tried to give us a single room instead of the double we reserved and when we finally demanded that they contact the manager they reluctantly called her. Then they stuck us in a room with no heat or a/c. After returning to the front desk we were told too bad and were not given a refund or any sort of compensation. We were told the manager would be there in the morning. However the next day the manager was nowhere to be found and we were told the only way to reach her was email. Surprise! She never answered her email. Awful stay. Awful staff. Awful location. Stay away!!!
