Rm key cards didn’t work well, refrig did not work, tv remote did not work except for off/on, juice machine for breakfast did not work. Food was ok. No iron. No “do not disturb sign”. Plus-Replaced my refrig with new, replaced rm key, provided new iron, provided “do not disturb” sign. All promptly

We booked this hotel because it says its "pet friendly". When checking in I asked if it would be possible to get a room on the first floor making it easier to take our 6lb Chihuahua to the bathroom. The clerk then informed me they didn’t accept pets & when i showed him that this site said they did he told me I'd have to pay an extra $150.00. I told him no way well he couldn't refund due to 3rd party booking. After going back & forth for awhile it was late & we just needed a place to sleep overnight on our way home I offered him $50.00 cash & he said ok.

Air conditioning was not on and the room was 90 degrees. AC was barely working with no hope of cooling room. A palmetto big roach was crawling up the curtain. Staff was rude - said we should just wait for the room to cool off. This was the first time in my life that I left a hotel. Disgusting place - don’t stay here!

The only real problem we had was the breakfast. The coffee dispenser did not work on one container. The other would run out quickly and it seemed to take an eternity to brew more. The waffles only had “lemon” flavor available.

Run down and one of the rooms they tried to give me had clearly been broken in to. There was pry marks at the latch on the outside. The pool was cloudy and nasty looking. During my stay they had more than half of the parking lot closed and were threatening to tow vehicles. The section where you could park none of the exterior doors would open with your room key. The only way we could get in was if the pool door was propped open with a rock. The morning of check out almost all the staff was outside smoking and being obnoxious. The beds and breakfast were okay. The picture shows all of the parking they had to offer during my stay. It was completely full in the evenings.

The TV remote was broken and the TV would only play Fox News. There was a strange brown spatter on the ceiling. I pulled the mattress out to fix the sheet and there were press on nails behind and under the bed. I don’t think these are necessarily faults of the staff, but the TV was frustrating. The staff were nice enough about it and willing to switch us rooms. The new room had none of these issues and was your standard hotel room. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.
