Beautiful farmhouse on a country road makes for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
The idyllic location to spend a few nights, or get away for a month. Perfect for writers, creatives, artists, and everything in between. Wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, and family reunions. Located 15 minutes from Downtown Columbia, 25 minutes from historic Downtown Franklin & Leipers Fork, and 45 minutes from the Nashville Airport. We would love to welcome you to The Waylan. Sit back, relax, and let us take it from here.

Screening room with 120" HD projector with built in audio to enjoy your favorite movies, tv shows or sporting events. Everything on the big screen. Every room features a 55" Smart Tv including: Netflix, Spectrum, high speed wifi on us.

Fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor patio with a large grill. 6 acres with plenty of space to play corn hole or bocce ball or to just enjoy the fresh air. Feel free to check the chicken coup in the mornings for eggs. Please just respect the chickens and their environment.

The house features a large dining room table which easily can host 10 people for your next dinner party!

All three bedrooms feature local artisan made headboards, with matching side tables.

The pictures may show a Loft and that can be booked for an additional fee. It can sleep three additional people (one queen bed, one day bed). It has a full bath, and a kitchenette. Please inquire if interested.
