Doing the breakfast time my grandson wasn’t feeling good so I ask for a Togo plate was told I couldn’t have one if I was eating in I was ok with that it was a group of guest seat 3 tables across from me that had also dine in they ask the same lady that told I couldn’t have a to go plates I watch her hand them 4 to go plates i went back to her and said oh I thought if you dine you can’t have to go plate she said oh lord.

Furniture in room was stained, no extra sheets provided for pull out bed, asked for extra pillows but did not receive them. Received poorly washed towels (multiple wash clothes had facial hair trimmings & makeup still on them) Breakfast was tasty & all staff were friendly, close to highway and cool zoo extremely close by, too.

Dirty floors...our feet and socks were black. Rotted fixtures...bathroom sink, shower, drains, door frames. Sewage backing up into bathroom sink and tub...moved rooms 3x. Night shift Front Desk Manager has a sub-par (extremely poor) attitude. Live Bugs (roaches) within room. Could not get ice water from food court without having a Meal Ticket. Food Court Attendant has a sub-par (poor) attitude.
