Get out and travel locally and visit this scenic, historic getaway that your entire family will enjoy! Why fight crowds and congestion when you can relax the day away in one of Missouri's most historic and photographed towns. Enjoy a bike ride (don't worry, you can rent one!) on the Katy Trail, have lunch on the bluffs, then spend your afternoon touring the Depot or downtown area -- but don't forget about cocktails at the Hotel Fredrick in the evening on the patio overlooking the river! Then it's off for an amazing dinner at the Palace -- and that is just day one!

Don't fight the madness of Columbia, instead stay where numerous magazines and travel websites have said is the hidden gem of small towns. You'll have access to the entire house, including 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds) as well as family room with foosball table, pull out sofa and 2 couches , living room with 2 couches, dining room, kitchen with everything you need to create your own culinary masterpieces should you desire, laundry room and 3 baths. There is also a back deck with screened in porch plus BBQ grill!

We do our best to keep the house stocked with everything you need so you need to bring nothing - just yourself (and, well, probably some clothes!). We also provide a information area that will also present you with maps of the area, things to do and more. If we are missing something , just let us know and we'll get it!

Free high speed (100mbps) wireless internet is provided, and you'll also enjoy access to Netflix and other streaming television services.

The Katy trail is one block away, the Isle of Capri casino is one block away, downtown Boonville is less than 1/2 mile away and the Missouri river is less than a block away! Harley Park (be sure to visit the lookout!) with full facilities is located 2 blocks away as well! You don't get any more convenient than this!

Just Like Home
I use VRBO 3x a year on average. This proprty is the best. It's well appointed, comfortable, and outstanding location in Boonville. Within a couple of blocks of wuaint downtown, great casual restaurant, and the Katy Trail is very close-by. PLUS Rob if a fabulous host!

The listing is very accurate. We had a family wedding at Cooper's Ridge in Booneville. The house was located not too far from the venue. The house was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and the check in/check out process was very easy.

This place has it all!!!! We went for a last minute girls getaway and had an amazing stay! Rob was quick to respond to all inquiries. The house has everything seriously down to umbrellas at the door in case of rain! All of the signs are too cute and so clever! I would highly recommend and will be back.

This is one of the best rental properties we've stayed in. This house has anything you could ask for. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Rob is very responsive to any needs. Hope to stay here again next time we're in Boonville.

Such a cute house with a nice backyard that has a chiminae and a sunroom. The beds were comfy and the house was clean! A perfect spot to relax in after a long day of biking the Katy trail!

Just Like Home
Came to visit my sister and her family whom we hadn't seen since COVID. Rob's house is Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of Room. He goes above and beyond. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and Rob's far exceeds any others. He has anticipated 98% any and all needs his guests might have. Plenty of cooking equipment, utensils, dishes, appliances, basic cooking supplies, etc. I truly mean it felt like home. We will always stay here when we are in Boonville.

Amazing Host
Rob is an Amazing Host. Start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super comfortable and very nicely appointed home. Rob did an excellent job communicating and had a lot of nice notes in the home that made everything easier for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay easy, including a coffee pot that was ready to go with plenty of extra coffee, cream and sugar. We will definitely stay here again (if available) during our next trip. 5 Stars across the board!!

The house was very nice,had everything you needed. Was a little cold in the lower level and did't have anykind of an extra heater. We would have spent more time watching TV down there had it been warmer. None the less it was a nice place and we would stay there again. Also the city was working on the road in front of the house so had to take a round about way to get there.

Quick stay for work
I had to travel with coworkers for a conference. This house was the perfect place for us to stay comfortably. There was some difficulty getting to the house, due to roadwork, but that was no fault of the owners. I enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this house to others.

Perfect Mid MO get away
This place is perfect for a mid MO getaway and Rob is the perfect host!! The pictures do not do this house justice. It's like staying at your own house for a vacation. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook (we cooked 5 meals at the house over the weekend). Tons of extra linens/towels/pillows/blankets. House is super clean and in a dead end street and right next to the park and the Katy trail. I would highly recommend this house!

Had a lovely stay here! The home was decorated for the season which was absolutely adorable - and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Everything you could need was available, and more! The house is only about 20 mins from Columbia which was great as we loved the mall there. Highly recommend this place!

Freedom to Play
We were in town for a wedding and needed a space for our family and extended family to stay. This fit the bill! Our three kids loved the freedom they had to play, and I loved not having to "shush" them constantly like I would in a hotel. The home was comfortable, well stocked, great decor, had plenty of space for our max capacity group, and communication with the owner was terrific. There were a few small things I wish were different (maintenance things you just find in older homes, small cleanliness details, construction on the main road to the house requiring a big detour), but nothing that would keep me from giving the owner and property two thumbs up. The area is really cute, too! I wish we had more time to explore it.
