The room was not maintained very well. No coffee pot or shower curtain in the room on arrival. Shade would not work. The shower barely had any pressure. The hallways and elevators not cleaned very often. The breakfast wasn't very appealing. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

Very good, some small issues
Very clean and bright. Rooms were modern and comfortable. We found some spots in the room that clearly had not been cleaned well, but overall it was quite fresh and clean. Great bathroom products! We all loved the soap and shampoo. Breakfast was not up to expectations. We would have liked to have had eggs and a bit higher quality food. It wasn’t terrible by any means.

The short floor is cracked and orange or rusty all around cracked bottom where the sides of shower meets the bottom of shower floor. The shower floor is dingy and was unclean. The counters are stained. The beds are extremely firm. I don’t know how other reviews give this hotel a 10 out of 10!

We found this place later on at night while on a road trip. It got good ratings and we've stayed at this chain before, so we gave it a shot. The woman checking us in seemed annoyed we were there. She certainly wasn't welcoming in any way. When we reached our floor there was some terrible, rancid smell in the hallway. Not sure how exactly to describe it, but it was really awful. The next morning it was still there. The room itself was decent, but dirty. There was hair in the shower and blood(?) on the nightstand/light. They also have the sliding barn doors that seem to be becoming more and more common, which leaves a large gap that you can clearly see through. If you like pooping with friends with minimal privacy, these doors are for you! Breakfast was actually decent. Overall not what we expected given the ratings. Definitely won't be staying at this particular location again.
