If cleanliness matters at all read......
Cleanliness is not good at all. Food crums all over room corners full of dust and whatever crums, mold on shower certain and under plastic rounds on tub, sheets had stains and says no smoking but yet both beds had brun holes in mattress cover.

Not the best experience.
There was a dirty towel in front of the tv. There was cold water in the ice bucket. The jacuzzi tub in the room was held together with painter's tape. The door latch was broken so we propped a chair against the door. The toilet didn't flush properly, it almost overflowed. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not working. The juice machine was out of order and the only hot breakfast was waffles but they only had one waffle maker so you had to wait in line. No, I didn't complain to staff about any of this because I was to tired and just wanted to relax.

Rooms are dirty the room we had had cigarette burns in sheets and comforter. The tub had the side boards tape on them to hold them up. A/c heater did not work stunk like death. We paid 270.00 a night for this skip this place

Trash everywhere. In the parking lot, the elevator, and the surrounding area. People were nice, but the elevator and hallways smelled like weed every time I walked by. Was supposed to get a renovated room, instead they put me in an old room, bathroom was peeling, tub was chipped and cracked. The room Door was warped and stuck everytime I tried to open or close the door. When I tried to address the room issue, was ignored. It was cheap, but not the best.

It was very outdated. Needs a ton of work and repairs. Bathroom was gross and dirty. Broken toilet handle, dirt/hair on the walls. Breakfast was not good. For $200 a night, thought it would be a little nicer.

Terrible. Waffles, bread, and yogurt only constitutes having a breakfast. Door lock was broke in bathroom so couldn’t close door all way. Toilet flush was broke and toilet kept running all night. Bed sheets werent clean and bed was very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Shared photos of cockroaches with from desk. Because I booked through Expedia the room could not be refunded or comped. I asked if I could leave without using the room and they said I could not be refunded because of booking third party. Very disappointed!
