Property is undergoing renovations so kind of messy but the room we received was a two queen bed suite that was spacious and clean with a separate sitting area. Pool closes too early at 9:00 pm and the gym was not available because of renovations. My husband was disappointed. Once the renovations are completed I’m sure it is going to be a really lovely hotel. Not too bad for evening stay, though. Beds were comfortable.

I made the reservation and immediately received email, stating issue with my card. I attempted to call hotel without success. I called many times. I arrived at front desk with reservation number and was told there was no reservation in the system. I made other arrangements and today noticed a charge on my credit card for the one-night stay.

Did not like staying at this hotel. It was not clean. My Linen was not changed on my bed for three days. Housekeeping services was not available when I needed the. Had to purchase water. Could not find water fountains. Location was hard to find. Would not recommend to anyone.

I don't know how this hotel has such good reviews. It's obviously a defunct Best Western that isn't trying to hide that it's undergoing massive renovations. We had to step over wet paint stains to get into our room, which was right next to the construction zone. The room itself must've been due for renovations because it was bare bones and dirty. The pool chemicals were so bad, it turned my kid's skin red, and there were no towels. There were only two towels in the room for our family of four. Both televisions in the room were not operational. The staff were either not at the desk or too occupied with a phone call to speak with us. I'm sure it'll be a better stay once they're done fixing it up.

Old closed hotel being renovated
This hotel is an old Best Western Executive Suites hotel that was closed and is being renovated. It offered a complimentary breakfast which ended up being a grab bag consisting of a a Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwich, a twin pack of chocolate chip muffins. The kind you pick up at Walmart grocery store, and apple and water bottle. You have to ask for maid service in advance. Service was less than desirable. It was nill. I'd add photos of the hotel, room and pool, but the add photo button doesn't seem to work.

This property is under renovation so bear that in mind before booking- the breakfast is very limited and barely worth counting and the amenities are also much less than they would be. That said, the room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and plenty of space. The price was decent and it is in a quiet area. It is nothing special, but a reasonable choice if you need to spend a night in the area.
