The staff were welcoming and nice. The inside pool was green in the month of June. The appearance could use a good pressure washing and update in the kitchen area to eat. The carpet is very outdated throughout. Overall, it was good just needs a upgraded touch up👍

Booked this hotel for its ammenities. The pool was not working. There was no breakfast our 1st day., We had to practically beg for extra coffee packets for our room. All in all not a good review. We had booked 3 rooms for 4 nights.

The room was clean and the people were friendly and helpful-neighborhood was a little rough. We rented 2 rooms- both bathroom doors were coming apart, there was no cold water from the bathroom faucet, and there were only sheers to cover the window with side curtains for decoration.

Disappointing Experience at Comfort Inn, Columbus
Disappointing Experience at Comfort Inn, Columbus GA I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Columbus, GA from 5/2 to 5/3, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My check-in experience was chaotic and frustrating. The customer before me was assigned a room that was already occupied, leading to a messy situation and a delay of 30 minutes before I was attended to. The staff, particularly the young lady at the front desk, appeared untrained and clueless, unable to provide basic information about the amenities. Upon entering my room 289, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell of urine and cigarette smoke, coupled with the alarming sight of a bullet hole in the wall. Naturally, I was deeply concerned for my safety and requested to cancel my reservation, only to be met with a vague response indicating that refunds were not an option. While the staff offered to switch my room, the conditions of the alternate room were hardly better, with noticeable dirt and grime adding to the overall rundown appearance of the hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Comfort Inn in Columbus, GA was marred by incompetence, poor cleanliness, and a general lack of regard for guest safety and comfort. I regretfully cannot recommend this establishment and will not be returning in the future.

We had to move rooms once because the shower was broke. No shower curtain and and way to hang the shower head. Our second room was fine till we took a shower and the water due to a very uneven floor flooded into the whole bathroom soaking everything in there. We checked out a day earlier.

Not Clean
Cleanliness was not good. Room was not vacuumed and had toe nails left on the floor from previous visitors. The pool was foggy, floors dirty, mildew on doors, mold in the shower, molding ceiling tiles, and sticky front desk.
