Not clean, manager not responsive
We were checked into a really dirty room (hand prints on window, crumbs on the refrigerator, hair in the bathroom etc). They switched us to another room but we found it to be dirtier so we asked to go back to the other room. They gave us the key but when we went to the room we walked in onto other people. It was so embarrassing, but they issued keys for us and for them. It was a mess, being tired and wanting to relax. The front desk agents were nice but they did not have any other rooms, so we just asked for extra towels and pillows so we have clean freshly washed stuff. We asked if they can adjust the price as it took forever to check in and the kids ended up going to bed close to midnight, plus the cleanliness lacking in the rooms. The manager offered us 10% and I asked if that is the only thing he can authorize...what upset me.. The manager ghosted me. Never heard back from them. Not a very good business strategy and non caring. If we go the the area again definitley not going to that hotel again. He is lucky to have some nice emoloyees.
