The $20 dollar incidentals fee is still on my credit card. I called twice and received no meaningful action. Just incompetent excuses. My time is too valuable for me to have to chase this down for a credit nor should I have to. This should have refunded back to me upon checkout.

5 stars — great hotel
Great room and super clean. The staff are all very friendly. One thing that stood out the most more than any other hotel offering free breakfast: the coffee. It was fantastic. Most hotels offer really gross coffee but I was pleasantly surprised that Fairfield gives you the good stuff. The only issue I had (not really an issue but a minor inconvenience), was that the walls are very thin. You can hear everybody and everything.
