Due to my early arrival in Columbus and the ease at finding the hotel, I stopped by early to ask if the front desk knew how to get to a Barnes and Noble bookstore in the area. The front desk clerk not only told me the location but also put in on my phone through Google Maps. This was service above and beyond.

The reviews gave this place a good overall rating so I booked it for a one night stay. Right away, the lobby stained carpet and flooring was a cause of concern regarding cleanliness. And then learning that 10 cars over the past two nights had been broken into, made me regret the decision to stay here. The room however was surprisingly clean overall and comfortable despite some small visible stains on the furniture. And the breakfast was what you would expect for free. Would not stay here again.

The location is very convenient to the Easton Plaza. Unfortunately The problem with the stay was I checked in on a Friday I left on a Monday and not once did they ever come to clean the room I had to constantly go downstairs to get fresh towels to take a shower every day. Maybe I haven’t stayed in enough hotels to realize they don’t clean rooms anymore until you leave.

The hotel itself was nice. The only issues we had were with other guests. It was midnight and there were teenagers or young adults running throught the hallway, yelling. I know we called down to complain, as I'm sure others did as well, but it continued to be allowed.
