The staff were indifferent to the level of disruption going on in the building. Kids broke both elevators. I am disabled and had to take stairs. Barely received an apology and absolutely to effort to try and make things right. Terrible experience.

Clean, but basic things like soap had to be purchased from the shop (and not provided in the room). Just one night; not a problem for us, because we brought our own. $16 for the breakfast buffet.
