We loved staying at this residence. Lots of nice extras! Very clean! Would come again! Close to Arena and great restaurants! No problems parking!

Experienced several safety concerns

We had several serious safety concerns during our stay that made it difficult to relax with three young children (all ages 3 and under).First, we found a very valuable item left under the master bed and had to wait over an hour for the host to arrive to retrieve it. This is not how we wanted to start our trip and were concerned that the cleaning crew did not notice the item. I was also worried all weekend that the previous tenants would come looking for it. Second, our toddler found a loose pill on the floor shortly after arrival. This raised immediate red flags about the thoroughness of the cleaning. With a baby crawling around, we were on edge all weekend worrying about what else might be missed.Third, there was an exposed screw on a closet door—an avoidable hazard in a home that should be safe for guests, especially those with kids.Communication was also frustrating. The host uses a management company, and we felt our concerns did not receive a fair resolution.Lastly, we didn’t feel the neighborhood was particularly safe for a family. At one point, our car was nearly sideswiped by a speeding police vehicle, which added to our discomfort.We don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but we would not return and wouldn’t recommend this rental for families with young children.
