We had the nicest room - quiet and close to beach and bar/restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable local staff. We enjoyed company of other guests from around the globe as well as India. food was above average... especially South Indian/Goan dishes. Beach is clean with nice waves and tidal flats for endless waking, Only issue is the WiFi is spotty- And know you have to get picked up in a Jeep from Colva beach parking lot- we would go again!

Nice location,on the beach.not crowded,peace of mind.You can relax on sun beads of Hotel and enjoy the food and drinks watching the sunset.Hotel rooms are ok need to renovate.AC room is better than Non AC.If you want to stay by the beach it's a good place.No room service ,Hotel staff is helpful though.
