With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, sauna, 2 player Tabletop arcade game with 500+ games, ping pong table, foosball, a record player with tons of classic records, and many board games, this home offers tons of fun for everyone without having to even leave the house!

The Space:
This home is perfectly situated right on the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large back deck and enjoy the view of the lake. All 4 bedrooms provide plenty of space for large groups.

Bedroom 1 - king bed and convertible sleeper sofa
Bedroom 2 - king bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds
Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds and full bed with twin trundle bed.

Game Room- Includes a 2 player table top arcade with over 500 games, Scrabble, Connect 4, record player with tons of records, or just sit back and relax while watching tv.

Kitchen - Hungry? With the fully stocked kitchen you can make home made meals, or something quick to snack on. The dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar, or if you want to watch a show with dinner we have TV trays that you can use.

Coffee Bar - Make your choice of coffee including a decaf option, try different flavored syrups as a fun way to try something new. Not a coffee drinker? Earl Grey Tea is available and also has a decaf option.

Sauna - It is the perfect way to sweat away your worries! There are stones with a bucket and ladle you can use to create more steam.

The Garage is a perfect hang out space without disrupting those inside. Garage features a dart board, ping pong table, foosball table, and exercise bike.

Property includes a private dock you can fish from, Hot tub with view of the lake, outdoor seating on the deck, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, private sand beach area, Fishing Boat sandbox, and charcoal grill. There are multiple outdoor games available including, cornhole and ladder ball.

Enjoy a day on the lake! We offer a Peddle boat that seats 4 people to navigate the lake with. Fox Lake connects to the Huron River! Life vests are included.
When back on shore kick back and relax and enjoy some smores by the camp fire.

Fox Lake is a small, private community lake in Commerce Twp, less than an hour from Detroit. The lake is close to several recreational areas such as Dodge Park, which has playgrounds, ponds, walking trails and a library. The local Edgewood Golf Club offers amenities such as a pool, fine dining, a fitness center and a spa.

We do have a video doorbell located on the front door to ensure guest safety!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home including the garage and outdoor spaces.
There are not set hours for use of the Hot Tub or Sauna but we do request that you use them appropriately. The Hot Tub should never be used longer than 20 minutes for any person. The Sauna should be used no more than twice daily at no longer than 20 minute intervals.
When using the kayaks or peddle boat we require that all guests use the provided life vests.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in a family neighborhood and guests are asked to follow the quiet time rules from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow pets, there is a fee of $75 per pet. We just ask that you please clean up after your pet.
