About this space
Modern, private self-contained suite separate from the main house including full kitchen & laundry, Queen bed. This cutie is on a quiet residential Comox street located a short walk (15-20 mins) to the Marina, Filberg Park, Restaurants & shops. Has it's own separate entry and private patio with BBQ. Ideal for all lengths of visits but especially longer stays. Our property is adult only and provides one full-time parking space. We are a non-smoking property and no pets.
The space
Cute and cozy 1 Bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and laundry. Cozy table for two and there is a comfortable lounge area with Netflix and an electric fireplace. Queen size comfortable bed with The pool is open seasonally for adult guests only. Our property is adult only and provides one full-time parking space. We are a non-smoking property and no pets. For longer-term we do provide cleaning supplies for guests to use.
Guest access
Full private access to the suite itself and shared access to the back garden. The suite does have a private Patio! Parking in the driveway for one vehicle and on the street in front for your visitors.

Fully equipped kitchen, Quality cooking/serving utensils, coffee and bodum (bring creamer of choice), green and black tea, oil and vinegar, purified water in bodum, TV with access to Netflix and High-speed wireless internet. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, cleaning supplies, hairdryer.

There is an in ground pool for guest use that is open seasonally for adult guests pool towels are supplied.
