26 Acres of wooded Texas Hill Country
This is the perfect spot to view BOTH of the eclipses! We are fortunate to be involved in both of these rare events. People do not realize how rare it is to have BOTH eclipses crossing right over us here in the Texas hill country! This property is so close to the center line of viewing for both events that we are considered a PRIME LOCATION.
The “Ring of Fire” Annular Eclipse happening on October 14th will be the last one in the US until 2039.
Although there is some kind of solar eclipse every 6 months, RARELY DO THE PATHS OF TWO CENTRAL ECLIPSES OVERLAP.
Exactly 177 days after the annular solar eclipse on October 24th, a TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE will cross this property as well On April 8, 2024. There will not be another total solar eclipse visible in the US until 2044.
