A fine hotel if you need to be in the area
The walls are super thin apparently so we heard toilets flushing and what sounding like elephants in the room above us. We heard doors shutting also and were woken up around 615am but our upstairs neighbors talking and walking around their room.

The property is really pretty, and the rooms extremely spacious. However the internet is terrible, trying to watch anything via their television is almost impossible with the constant buffering. The breakfast was great, but you HAVE to use the valet which is super annoying. Extremely walkable area though. Water pressure in the bathroom was extreme and the shower set up is terrible, water gets everywhere. But the cost, coupled with the walkability, large rooms and free breakfast was worth it

The lady at the counter for check in was a bit rude. I found out they were giving me a room on the main floor intended for the hearing impaired. It was a nice room, but the lights would not turn off.. The alarm in the neighboring empty room went off early in the morning and did not stop squealing for 20 min. The breakfast was delicious and made up for the other issues. The man who was in charge of vallet parking was very thoughtful and helpful.

The hotel is going through renovation which is understandable. The room was tidy and they were accommodating to the best of their abilities I feel. We were weary after a long trip and wedding and multiple issues arose. Hair dryer and outlet almost shocked us, super low water pressure shower, and concierge which couldn’t seem to help us with any accommodating requests. Seems like possibly a good stay post renovation.
