UPDATED YEAR ROUND LAKE HOUSE

A renter's dream! Year round lake house located on the WEST side of Conesus Lake. This 7 bedroom (sleeps 20 in beds), 3 1/2 bath lake house makes for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life OR maybe a new place to work from home.
Our family bought this cottage 10 years ago, so that we can make memories at the lake together. Unfortunately, there are a lot of times we are not using the lake house due to life getting in the way. We want other families to have the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the water and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great for families (multiple) to rent year round to enjoy all seasons and activities that go along with them. Included in the property....Swimming (water mat included), fishing, kayaking (2), paddle board, (2), pedal boat tube for your boat, water skis, inflatable rafts, beach toys. BOAT and JET SKI ARE NOT INCLUDED. Private dock will be in by May and taken out in October. There is room to tie up a boat if you choose to bring your own or rent. Also and extra jet ski hoist. Enjoy beautiful fall foliage around the lake, and cozy up by the fireplace in the winter after ice fishing or duck hunting. The lake house also includes a large deck for dinners and entertaining, which includes an outdoor TV, outdoor dart board, and grill. There is also a firepit with chairs and area for lawn games. If the weather isn't cooperating no worries there are lots of board/card games to play!!!



Looking to get out a bit? Conesus lake has lots to offer...Deer Run Winery, coffee shops, local shops, bars, breweries, golf courses. There are two restaurants that you can boat up to as well as drive to (Beachcomber & ). Minnehans fun center (go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, arcade, food, ice cream). You can also take a quick car ride into Geneseo, NY. This town provides lots more restaurants, shopping , Wegmans, Walmart, movie theatre, bowling. Letchworth State Park is also a close drive to go hiking and check out the falls.

Onsite WASHER and DRYER provided, plenty of closet space, extra fridge and freezer(2). Air Conditioning in all rooms! Linens and towels provided.

Great stay for multiple generations!
We had 3 generations of family staying at the Tucker House, with more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! Everything was as described in the listing, with even more amenities available than listed. Dana was very responsive (we didn’t need anything once we arrived); the neighbors were very nice & everything we could have needed was readily available. We would highly recommend the Tucker house to anyone & will hopefully be returning again next summer!

Amazing Family Reunion Lake House!!
We had a family reunion that brought members together from all across America. The property is exactly as advertised. Lots of gathering spaces, plenty of beds and every water toy that you can think of! Parking is limited but we put extra cars on West Lake without incident. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Graduation Weekend
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Tucker House and the wonderful views of the lake enhanced the celebration of our niece’s graduation. We also appreciated that the first floor bathroom/shower each have accessibility equipment as I have an injury-related disability. The deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable for our afternoon and evening gatherings with the family on the deck. And communication with Dana was always helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Tucker House.

Finger Lakes Family Reunion
We had a family reunion at this property with 18 of us who came from different places in the US and Canada. Everything exceeded our expectations. Relaxing lake side home
We gathered adult family members from 3 different states here and enjoyed relaxing together at this house. Favorite features and what we used the most were the big porch, adult water "toys," and board games & puzzles. The feeling of this rental is that of a homey, comfortable & lived in family home. Dana was readily responsive and the whole process and our stay was easy and uncomplicated. We hope to return again.

Perfect for comfortably accommodating our large family. Some nice homey touches by the hosts were much appreciated...they thought of everything. The waterfront access was awesome! Closeness of other cottages was somewhat a negative, but there was little to be done about that. Overall, a GREAT experience!

The Tucker House on Conesus Lake was the perfect place for our group. We traveled from different places in New York, Minnesota, and Tennessee to attend our 50th Geneseo reunion. Your very large, fully furnished, comfortable, clean home was enjoyed by all. In the early morning and after wandering the Geneseo campus during the day we especially enjoyed your large deck overlooking beautiful Conesus Lake. Perfect large family home!
We could not have been more pleased with our stay on the lake. The house has everything and more than we needed. The host was super-accommodating. The accommodations were great for our graduation weekend with a large family. The overhang on the deck allowed us to enjoy the outside even while raining. We would love to come back in warmer weather and enjoy all of the lake toys provided.

It was better than I expected! Fully stocked home made our early Thanksgiving with out of town family perfect! We enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boat even in October. Playing darts on the back deck was a throw back for me. Haven't done it in YEARS! The extra refrigerator really came in handy too! The few questions we had were answered very quickly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

Fall Friends Getaway
The lake house was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. We spent an October weekend with a group of friends who convene yearly at different locations. This has been our favorite so far. The kitchen was great for prepping meals, and there was plenty of seating for meals together and watching the games. We really enjoyed the outdoor TV and dart board on the huge deck as well as the firepit. 7 bedrooms and 4 baths meant plenty of room for the eight of us. The owner was incredibly responsive and very generous; I've never been to a VRBO with baskets of toiletries to use in case something was forgotten. What a nice touch!! I would highly recommend this house for any large gathering of friends and/or family!

We rented the house because we were getting married close to the house. The host was very accommodating of us. Not only for checking in but the fact that we had a 15 yr old dog that we were thinking about. We would bw ahppy to rent with them again.

What a great property!! Great location with everything you could ask for. Sleeps 10 plus with tons of room. Great value for money. The only issue is parking. Only room for 3 to 4 cars. With 10 plus people bring as few cars as possible.
