The stay was terrible. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and i had a terrible time. There were roaches in our first cabin, so we moved to another. It also had huge roaches and spiders. The water was green that cane out of the faucets so we didnt want to bath.

Our stay was very misleading and inconvenient, and the staff was less than helpful. When booking, we reserved a 2 bed/2bath ROOM which we assumed was part of the main hotel. When we checked in, we were informed that we were staying in a CABIN, a rustic cabin no less, which was not a part of the main resort but a round-about ways away. Also, I received confirmation of our final pricing which included a weekend stay upon booking. At check in, the front desk staff notified us that our price would be $200 more than the original confirmation because of "resort insurance" and that she could not provide us with a breakdown of pricing before purchasing. She also said there was "nothing I can do" to help remove the extra absurd charge, when however there WAS something she could do and finally after much deliberation, removed the extra charge the resort tried to sneak on. The lying, the inconvenience, the accommodations, all were a disappointment and we will not be staying here again.

Not all good, not all bad
It was okay, but it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. It was hair in the shower, visible hair. I am not one to complain, but the smell was old and stale. The toilets didn’t flush properly. They did have everything I needed to cook with. That’s was a plus. The scenery was beautiful.

The staff is very friendly. The listing online is incorrect. There is no complimentary breakfast because their kitchen has nobody working it. You have to go get food elsewhere or pay for delivery $$$ - would have been nice to know before booking. People above us were being very noisy until 4 AM every night - got no sleep the entire trip. The place has potential if they had more staff.

Just very relaxing and quiet place to stay. I don’t like the additional charges and charges for stuff you’re not even using. Like the workout facility, swimming pool, etc.

The property is beautiful, but they close off the amenities too early and it makes it difficult to enjoy them when you have a busy schedule. The mini golf turns off lights at 10:30pm, but the arcade room gets locked at 10pm. The front office doesnt close down until 11pm. They have construction work being done at the property and it leaves loud beeping noises and banging sounds all day even on the weekend. They didnt block off parking spaces needed for the lift and because of that we were yelled at from across the parking lot to move our vehicles by the construction workers. The hotel security even parked next to our vehicle and drove off when we came out instead of asking us to move. It was rude and made us uncomfortable to be yelled at for parking in an open spot in front of our room. As for the room itself it was very spacious and the view from the windows was beautiful over looking the lake. The down side was the whole place smelled like consistent burnt food that we could not get to go away. The floor was filthy and sticky. All surfaces and cabinets were sticky like someone wiped them with syrup. The bathroom door wouldnt close and the main room's shower had a trickle for water pressure. We all had to share the tub/shower in the add on room. TVs worked fine, beds were comfortable. The elevator would take forever to come up and the button to call it wouldn't light up and register. Couldnt open the dishwasher to use it and the stove was high only.

I was very disappointed about not being able to enjoy the patio. The patio furniture and entire patio area was filthy. Dead insects, spiders and spiders webs everywhere. Also, stairway was not cleaned, dead bugs everywhere. They also were unwilling to work with us with moving us to the first floor due to my niece medical conditions, we were told that the Presidential Suite were at full capacity, which it did not appear to be.
