Por motivos de cancelación de vuelo, tuvimos que llegar un día después por la mañana, a las 9:30 h, al incluir desayuno y ya haber pagado esa noche, nos correspondía el desayuno que refieren incluye, sin embargo, nos dijeron que hasta la siguiente mañana podríamos acceder al mismo, no estaba prendido el boiler por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar a algún empleado, el cual fue muy amable, sin embargo, por la tarde no había nadie en la propiedad.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia probablemente en futuras vacaciones será nuestra primera opción de hospedaje, el trato es excelente, las cabañas muy bonitas y limpias.

No tiene aire frio ni abanicos, ni television ni internet, para el costo es muy alto, no cambiaron la toallas y no limpia. El baño, , las cortinas de lan recamaras pasa toda luz y pues no la apagan en la noche de afuera, asi que la remara muy ilumibada para dormir

Personal atento, comida rica
un poco complicado llegar al hotel, sobre todo porque llegamos de noche y no hay señalamientos, nos perdimos,ya al dia siguiente con luz de dia está facil llegar, la cabaña pequeña pero funcional, pero la puerta del baño no cerraba, el desayuno muy rico y el personal super atento y cordial !!!

Trae ropa térmica
Si bien es un establecimiento con diseño rústico pero eso no quiere decir que no tenga medidas de seguridad como detector de dióxido de carbono ya que la calefacción es de calentón de gas y por seguridad lo apagas y por consiguiente sufres frío

Pesimo servicio
No hubo desayuno gratis, no tenia WIFI, no hay servicio de limpieza, no hay television en la habitación básica ni abanico... es una estancia meramente para dormir y bañarse... el colchon muy viejo e incómodo... el gerente no hizo ni lo mas minimo por atencion de los clientes... la habitación es nueva pero hasta ahi...
