Our Copper Harbor Chalet in Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula is nestled into the forest just minutes from Lake Superior, Hunter’s Point, Brockway Mountain, and Copper Harbor’s extensive trail system. After a beautiful Copper Country drive north, you’ll be welcomed to our spacious home with all the amenities for a memorable Keweenaw stay in any season.

Built in 2021, our vacation home offers all the modern comforts, including in-floor heating, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms with closets, and a back bonus room with a queen futon. We have a NEMA 14-50 50 Amp plug installed for EV charging (bring your charging cable).

The main level offers an open concept kitchen and living room under a vaulted ceiling, providing a cozy yet spacious feel with ample mood-boosting natural light. Our bonus room opens to a covered back deck perfect for grilling, hanging out, and star gazing. We built the home ourselves and are happy to share this special spot with our guests!

Super Yooper Stay
Perfect location, excellent chalet, everything we needed to enjoy our evenings after romping about in the peninsula! The wood stove kept us warmed up on a cooler night; the kitchen was amply stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed walking the trail to Agate Beach, and truly appreciated the proximity to our favorite places to hike. We will stay longer next time. Host Heather was so cool to share her organic farm invite; will have to stop there next time!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
We loved this little house in the woods. It was very well stocked and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Copper Harbor!

Cozy wooden retreat
We absolutely loved our stay in your lovely retreat! We felt completely nestled in the woods! It was so clean and I appreciated all the little touches down to the lovely bar of soap in the bath room and the the flannel little washcloths in the kitchen. Even though we were tucked away in the woods, we were close to wonderful hiking paths! The Fall colors were amazing! We really appreciated all the suggestions for favorite places and hikes to check out! I would definitely recommend your place to stay and would love to come back again sometime! Thank you!!!
