Great hotel
We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed each stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with a good shower. I take my own hairdryer now as the one in the bathroom is fixed and no real power but that is the only criticism. This visit they had run out of gluten free bread but I had some with me and they forgot to switch on the egg boiler so no eggs for breakfast today. The evening meal was delicious as usual and excellent value for money. We will be back!

It's a good hotel to stop off prior to taking the Eurotunnel or after. It's 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Eurotunnel centre. The staff is very nice. Very friendly. The place is child-friendly. It's accessible. It's quiet.

Great clean hotel
Really good. Receptionist tried very hard with her English, the maids in the morning were very smiley and friendly. We felt very safe in this hotel, would definitely go back again. Easy to find from Le Shuttle. The signage could have been slightly better when on the business complex

Nice hotel, great that it has Tesla Super chargers which is why we book. Dog friendly and grass to let them out. Functional clean rooms.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now. It’s great for us travelling with our dog as he is allowed in the restaurant and the meals are very good.

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes for a Calais hotel, it’s convenient for Le Shuttle, has charging points and is dog friendly with lots of places to walk to dog. Service was average we arrived early at 2pm and it was a flat NO to early check in without any effort to expidite it. I ordered drinks at the bar and the waitress was polishing cutlery she saw me but made me wait 5 mins whilst she finished the whole lot of it. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Wonderful hotel close to Eurotunnel.
We arrived at 2 am after a terrible journey down from Nottingham. We were greeted by a lovely night porter who checked us in quickly. Got to our room, lovely and warm, and third bed made up. Room close to entrance for a speedy exit for the dogs in the morning. Loved it.

First time we have stayed here but it won’t be the last. Very close to cite Europe and so quick to access Eurotunnel. Great for night halt. Breakfast very good but felt evening meal a bit limited choice. Rooms excellent, we had 2 rooms and both huge walk in showers. We have stayed in Calais for more than 20 years now, sometimes for a few days shopping but mostly enroute to holiday and returning. Most times in one hotel as relatively cheap and convenient, but this hotel surprised us for the money. We will stay again

Great stopover hotel for Channel Tunnel. Good facilities and close to outlets etc. A bonus for us there is no extra charge for dogs who are made welcome. We’ve used it before and will do again.
