I never arrive at the location and I tried to contact them to refund my money. No one never pick up. I called Expedia to contact them and they told me they do it for me and I never heard back from them either. I say avoid this place at all cost. And they still haven't refunded my $486.00 and I choose to pay when I arrived at the hotel and took my money even thought i never showed up because I book the wrong location.

Missing Smoke Alarm
Nobody at desk to check in, just our key on the counter. Room appeared to be clean. Bed was ok. Woke up and realized the smoke alarm was missing and it appeared that the sprinkler heads were painted. The stay there was ok for an overnight.

Somehow I got a handicap room. Not my cup of tea but it worked for the three nights I stayed. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, again for handicapped people could use a little upgrading

The whole motel seemed in bad repair and was not clean. I didn't want to walk on the carpet of my room without shoes. No kleenex in the room, or for that matter other amenities. Someone was cooking something very strong both days I was there which permeated my room. The air conditioner was loud, but at least worked. I would never recommend staying at the Baymont.

They tried to put us in 3 different rooms. The first one, as soon as you ooen the door, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The 2nd, i opened the door and there were suitcases opened on the bed, toiletries across the sink...this was already someone's room! The 3rd, crumbs in the bed and a broken toilet seat. Not to mention the stench of 'skunk' throughout the whole hotel. I walked out...did not feel safe or clean!

When arriving at this hotel at 10 pm there was no one in the office. They didn't answer the buzzer nor the phone. After 40 mins someone showed up and was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In the morning there was the same issue. I could not check out as again the lobby was un-manned.

Room was not clean, spots on flooring, table and chairs. Holes on bathroom walls. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I selected this hotel because on a previous trip we had stayed there, and it was nice for a overnight stay. Not this time.

YOU ALL CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS $49, IF YOU WANT BETTER HOTEL SPEND MORE MONEY. for my family and I we got our money worth at $49- room was clean, hot water, and tv worked with internet.
