The ionian eye design is a beautiful little apartment complex about 7 min walk from the centre, the rooms are modern and have everything you need. We stayed in a sea front suite and the views were amazing, the pool is clean and the sunbeds are the most comfortable I've ever lied on. Staff where excellent and couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back

The Ionian Eye is the place to stay in Corfu. First of all a huge thank you to the extremely helpful staff and management who helped us to our entire satisfaction. They are so well organised and made our stay ever so pleasing. Then the views from the hotel are bewitching at dawn and sunset. The closest restaurants where you eat best are not more than a short walk away and for those a little more adventurous, attractions such as castles, monasteries and horse-riding are little more than a 15 minute drive away. However you can stay and enjoy yourself just in the village where the beach is at an arm's length. In any case, just ask for suggestions from the staff. Enjoy !

Lovely location. Room extremely small and very dark. Especially the shower was very badly designed - just a flimsy curtain and no base. The room was only cleaned every second day. Staff very friendly especially at the pool.

It is small in size & so are the sea facing bedrooms. I thin the term is bijou but the a/c works great & isn't too noisy at night. The staff are all very helpful & warm to deal with. This is Greece so you have to factor this in, given the general mess the country is in. It isn't five star but given the pricing, it does represent fair value. It is a shame that some smaller things go unaddressed but there could well be good reason for this. Decent beaches are a drive away so the pool is the default day location otherwise. the pool has great views but the food offered for lunch at the pool bar could be enhanced. A missed opportunity, as is the spar which doesn't seem to get used. The latter could be repurposed for offering more substantial meals. One thing I didn't like was that the hotel has a A-sign on the road entrance openly touting for non-residents to come in & use the facilities for free (perhaps to increase takings at the pool bar). Those staying at the hotel had paid to use them but outsiders could wander in for free & from anywhere.

The studio's room had a stunning sea view, was very peaceful, was modern and clean with a lovely swimming pool. The local village is just under 10mins stroll away with lots of locally owned resturants and shops - all offering excellent food and value for money. Will definately be going back...

Upmarket, comfortable small resort. Well equipped room, but compact! Comfy bed. Only complaint really was our shower either got hot very slowly or not at all. Nice pool with pool bar. No children, all quite relaxing- mainly couples. Good bar down the road called the Time Out Boss cocktail bar, nice spot with a fun host.

Loved our stay at Ionian Eye. Pool was in great condition with comfy sun beds and fantastic view. Friendly bar service and reception was very helpful - arranged taxi from airport and other activities available in town (e.g. massage and speedboat hire). Some great places to eat within a 15 minute walk - George’s and Zak’s were personal favourites, who offered wide range of tasty Greek specialties and very friendly service. Room was small as expected but had everything we needed. Had kitchen with induction hob, fridge, aircon and plenty of storage for a couple.

We chose to stay here after ending up at a terrible hotel at first, transfered to here what a relief, we booked a standard room but then recieved a call to ask if we wanted the sea view room at no extra cost. When we arrived we where greeted and shown to our room. Rooms very modern , beds massive and comfy. The pool is spacious and the area has constant sun all day. In a nice location with 5 resteraunts within a 10 minute walk. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again

Our short stay was booked for my partner and I along with my daughter which meant we had a small studio with one double room and a sofa bed. Although expecting my daughter to sleep on the sofa bed, my partner and I choice this instead, so not to be cut off from the shower room, balcony and front door. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable. Although studio was done out very nicely, it was a bit smaller than we had expected. The kitchenette was fully equipped with saucepans, bowls, sieve etc etc but owing to the tiny size and lack of work top area, preparing a meal would certainly be a challenge. There was also no cupboard space for food. The only place to sit and eat is outside on the balcony but only enough room to configure two chairs around the table, we were also bombarded by wasps when trying to eat breakfast out there. This however wasn't a major problem with other meals as the Tavernas were within walking distance and relatively cheap compared to the North of the island. The beach is also within walking distance, which was ok. The pool area is the best feature of this Hotel, with lovely double bed loungers and a very handy pool bar. Overall experience was good but we found it to be too small for the three of us in the one studio.
