Come and Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Villa. We are located 5 minutes from one of the biggest Gulf Courses in greece. The Nearest Beach (Ermones) is a 5 minute drive. The main town is a 20 minute drive. We have an outdoor kitchen area with a dining set. The pool is a perfect size for your family. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for your comfort. We are also near other beautiful beaches like Glyfada and Paliokrastitsa. Which are about 15 minutes away.

Stayed for a week, family of 4 with two children, 12 and 14. - The area: The house is located in Ermones. There's a small minimarket a minute away, Ermones beach is 5 minutes away and there are a few great tavernas also 5 min. away. - The Villa in general: It's new, well maintained, very clean. It's HUGE. The master bedroom on the ground floor is very large and has its own bathroom. There are 3 decent sized bedrooms upstairs, one with an ensuite bathroom and another bathroom upstairs. Also a small restroom downstairs. There is a small living room and kitchen downstairs. TVs in all of the bedrooms + in the living room. Some are smart TVs with Netflix. Same goes for AC units - one in each bedroom and one for the living room + kitchen. - The kitchen: Very well equipped, with a full size oven and electric stove, press toaster, frappe coffee shaker, microwave, full size fridge, blender, electric citrus juicer and dishwasher. All in mint condition. The only thing extra I would have appreciated is an espresso machine. There's also plenty of cutlery and tableware, kitchen knives and pots and pans. All of the cookware is good quality and in top condition. - The outdoor area: The pool is quite large and Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. They have an outdoor oven and built grill. - The hosts: We had a WhatsApp group set up with Niko and Maria, which were super helpful and attentive all along our stay. Niko was also very generous and allowed us a late checkout. Overall: Fantastic!

La maison est idéalement située, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et d’une très bonne taverne. Environnement très calme, sans vis à vis. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire. La maison est très agréable, grande piscine chauffée nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette maison (deux familles avec enfants de 8, 12 et 14 ans).
