The hotel was nice- the bed was not made- no sheets on the bottom mattress - only a mattress topper cover I could not find any hairdryer after looking in all the drawers and an ear piercing fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay- no explanation from the front desk’s

Our stay was really great! The room was very spacious and the amenities were just what we needed. The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Nicholas at the front desk who helped arrange our transportation to the airport very early in the morning.

Got in after a late flight. The person who checked in was very friendly. Our room was spacious but could use a lot of improvement. The carpet was quite filthy, and the toilet flush sounded the horn of Gondor and went on for 10 minutes until my husband fiddled with it. Half of the outlets didn’t work. In the morning when my husband went to grab the shuttle to the airport, it didn’t show up. Poor communication from front line staff regarding shuttle whereabouts and timing ensued and my he wound up walking to the airport instead after waiting for 30-40 minutes. Just an “ok” place to stay if absolutely needed after a late flight. Also the hairdryer is a “hold down the button the entire time” dryer, if that matters to anyone. I guess just that combined with the other issues are not what I’d expect for a 4-star hotel.
