The hotel itself was very deceiving from the pictures online. The room was not very clean ands had a mild odor to it. The body wash dispenser was broke and only worked over then you had to wait about 30 seconds to pump it again. The bath filled up with water half way while i was taking a shower and the plug was OPEN

Great location near bus and rail stations, but also near city sights; front staff was superb; wonderful breakfast buffet; requested room facing away from streets, so noise wasn’t too bad; only issue was no individual room temperature control, so room got a bit warm at night.

NO AIRCONDITIONING! If you open your windows, there’s minimal air circulation and the streets are noisy. Bartender had no idea how to make a Whiskey Sour either!

Limited parking on site, right by the main road and thus noisy all night. Hotel itself is excellent and a great location to explore Cork. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet top notch. Dining was good with selection of typical pub food.

I really appreciated the great service. I was provided with an adapter because I forgot mine and we were provided with a heater for our room. However, the flooring carpet was quite unclean and I felt like housekeeping wasn’t cleaning it thoroughly. I would appreciate it if cleanliness of the carpet was better and cleaning of the bathroom.
