With beach access just a few steps away from the home, your beach vacation with your loved ones can become a reality! Play all day at the beach parasailing, paddle boarding, boating, and every other waterfront activity you can think of, or spend the day fishing and kayaking on the nearby seven-acre freshwater lake. Enjoy the community amenities like the nearby tennis courts, boutique shops, local eateries, and historical landmarks like the Whalehead Club.

Inside, you'll find all new windows and doors, with a bright interior and airy feel about the space. With plenty of comfortable furniture throughout, you'll be able to relax and carry on great conversation with your loved ones. Host a Netflix marathon or movie night on the large TV, or challenge someone to a board game at the corner table. Create lasting memories by preparing home-cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, fully updated with stainless steel appliances and a floating island with a breakfast bar. Enjoy a 180 degree view through the dining area windows and take in the lush green environment of the protected land area beach. Rest your head in any of the five bedrooms that are equipped with comfortable beds. The main bedroom has a TV for private viewing and an en suite bathroom. The kids will love bunking down together on one of the bunk beds, making memories that'll last a lifetime. Rinse off the pool and the beach in the outdoor shower so there's no tracking in sand or mud! Relax in the hot tub right off the kitchen and enjoy the views of the dunes. One of the best things about this house is the rooftop balcony for watching spectacular sunrises reflecting over the ocean, sipping on your warm coffee and feeling your cares melt away.

An electric vehicle charger is available for guest use. Guests must bring their own cord.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
