Enjoy a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with plush bedding. Relax on the private patio or explore nearby attractions, including the ferry, dining, and shops—all within walking distance.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating, a washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, a Pack n Play, and more. Experience the best of Coronado with a stay at our charming home!

Getting Around:
There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

Pet Policy:
- All pets must be approved in advance. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed.
- Only 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog (30 lbs or less) allowed per stay.
- A $250 pet fee applies.
- Unapproved pets incur a $500+ fee for damages and extra cleaning.
- Pets must have their own bed, stay off furniture, and be walked off-property for waste relief.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Additional Policies:
- Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors without prior approval.
- No parties; respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- No smoking on the property.
- Outdoor music or portable speakers are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any fines from the City of Coronado for noise violations.
