This updated comfy 2/2 condo is perfectly situated for bay sports or fishing activities, close beach access, or walking distance to the Schlitterbahn water park. This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first time. The condo is clean and cute. The boat ramp is very close. The owner is the sweetest .She always checks to make sure you made it and if you have any questions or anything.

Nice get away
It's a very nice condo. Well maintained, fishing downstairs on the boat dock. Well situated for getting places... 5 mins to state park beaches and fishing piers. 20 mins to corpus or port A beaches and restaurants. Only cons are it is on the second floor and parking can be limited.

We enjoyed our stay!
The property was clean. The washer/dryer were full sized and worked well. The best part was the kids getting to fish and crab from the back, which has shade during the last half of the day, and kept the heat down after we'd already been at the beach all day. We would definitely book here again.

My husband and I took the kids down for a beach and fishing weekend. Even though the weather wasnt in our favor we had a wonderful time. We will definitely rent this property again! It was really nice and clean. I cant say it needed anything that would have improved our stay. It was fantastic!
