Best visit with daughter!
This was our first time to see our daughter (since she left for college) and this house was PERFECT!!! There was plenty of room and it was close to everything! We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. Liked the location, the old feel of the house, with some modern renovations was very cool. Liked the pool, and hot tub. One of the only quirks I would recommend the owners make a priority on their do list, is the front door and the upstairs bathroom are tough to open and shut. We understood it’s an older home. It’s Just some of the girls in our group weren’t able to pull them shut. Other than that we loved our stay and will book again in the future.

Very beautiful home. Decor and cleanliness were wonderful. The pool is what my family enjoyed the most. Very spacious inside and out. Had a hard time getting in touch with property manager at first but he responded after a few hours. One thing i would've liked were for the restrooms to be bigger but again its an older home and im sure it has its original restrooms. But very beautiful overall and everything we needed for our stay was there. Also quiet neighborhood.

Older two story home but very clean and well kept property. Wish list : more pillows on the beds - larger downstairs full bathroom (currently has a super tiny half bath in the kitchen closet). We really enjoyed the private pool and spacious living area and kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived a little early (2:30) txt Joshua to ask about checking in early, and he said go ahead its all ready for us! Everything was clean and tidy! House waa equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was refreshing thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this property!!

Unsafe Location
We did not feel safe at this location. The bars on windows prove this. Other businesses near location also had bars. Homeless pushing grocery carts in area. No one felt safe. We booked another location and ended up having a wonderful time. Please refund since we never stayed in your house. We didn't even feel safe getting out of the car.

Great space, pretty central to area hot spots, and a mile from great beach location!!
We really enjoyed our stay!! Spoke with our pint of contact the first night to get instructions on hot tub and they were super helpful. The jets on hot tub didn’t blow very hard but it heated nicely. Pool light breaker did trip but there were ample outside lights so not an issue there. Location was great to area spots and we stayed at McGee Beach which was exactly a mile down the road. All in all a great stay, would recommend to others.

Clean, Comfortable and Yet Quirky
The house was clean, spacious and quite charming with its hardwood floors, tall ceilings and crown molding. It had all the necessary conveniences. The house was quirky though from some cabinets oddly starting around 7 feet off the ground, to the 1/4 size bathroom on the first floor, that most adults could not use without twisting and turning, to the odd railings on the second floor that couldn't be more than probably 2 feet tall! We had a good laugh at most of these. The biggest detractor was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub required contacting the property manager just to learn how to find the secret room to go turn several valves and fire up the spa heater... if you turned on the pool lights, the electrical breaker would pop after a few minutes, so we learned not to use that and most disappointing, the hot tub jets turned off 20 or so minutes into the use. If you want to use the place just to stay and relax and skip the pool/hot tub, then this could be a nice place to relax.

What a nice house. Updated but kept its older house charm. Great size for 3 couples. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Communication was easy and generally fast. Would certainly stay here again!

Very Nice for an Older Colonial Home
All beds are very comfortable. Kitchen and dinning area was good for our gathering. Restrooms are very small but expected for an older home. The small size didn't bother us. Decor was nice. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. Too cold to use the pool or hot tub. But it was nice to sit around. Only issue I would have had if there were small children in our group was the upstairs banister highth. It is too short in my opinion.

Everything was great, and clean only tip I’d leave is the tenant telling the guest to start the hot tub as soon as they arrive we turned it on a whole day before and wasn’t ready for us until check out. Also leave extra toilet paper and trash cans for use. ( We didn’t want to bother the tenant, as we were there to enjoy our stay as much as we could) other than that it was amazing and such a beautiful home! I recommend.

The family loved this house
We had 5 adults in our group and we enjoyed all the room that this house has. It is well maintained and clean. The pool and hot tub were nice to use. The location is in the heart of Corpus Christi.

If there was a hot tub, we couldn't figure out how to use it. No on/off switch. Bathroom jet tub did not work. A few dead roaches were found on the floor. Overall the house was very comfortable. For the price that is charged per night all should be in working order.

Beautiful house
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It's very close to downtown, the hospital, the city beaches, etc. The air conditioner worked great in July. Pool was great, though I wish there were a little more shade back there. The living spaces were gorgeous and very comfortable. We cooked full meals in the kitchen with no worries. The bathrooms were small and could use a little updating but were adequate for our 4 person family. Overall super happy and would definitely stay here again. We've stayed in several rentals in this neighborhood and this was the best so far.

Fun in the Sun!
The property was just what we needed this weekend for our girls trip. Plenty of space for 6 long time friends to gather for games around the table, visiting in the pool, catching some a/c in the living room while watching an old movie and space for all of us to turn in for the night. Nice place for family visit
Stayed here while visiting family in CC. House and pool were the perfect space. Dishwasher wasn’t working when we arrived (dishes in cabinets had been put away dirty by previous guests who I assume thought the dishwasher had run) and there weren’t enough towels (dish towels and pool towels), but the owner (second contact on list - primary contact was unavailable) responded quickly and resolved both quickly. Other things that could’ve been stocked better are Kleenex and extra kitchen trash bags, but we just picked up some cheap ones at the HEB that is very close. Hot Tub works but requires some extra instructions to put in hot tub mode - no problem getting help from the owner. Overall we had a very nice stay.
