Won't be back.
The hotel was somewhat run down. There was only one elevator working the whole time, common areas were excessively warm. On our second night the AC quit. There was no technician called and no other rooms available to be moved to. They brought us a weak little floor fan and said sorry about that. Made for an incredibly uncomfortable night and ruined the last day of the vacation.

I liked how good the staff was. It was a bit hot in the foyer and halls. Made it a bit uncomfortable. AC in room was good. Only one elevator worked so waiting for it took longer than expected.

This has been one of my favorite stays this year! The staff was always so friendly each time we walked in or out. The room was perfectly chilled upon arrival; there is nothing worse than walking into a warm, stuffy room! If i had to pick one thing i didnt care for, it would be the eggs at breakfast. I know it is free, but they could be a little better in quality.

The floors in both rooms I booked were dirty. Requested they be mopped, it wasn't done until 6 pm on our second day there. There are really no breakfast foods served for young children. I have never been to a hotel that serves the eggs and sausage in the pan they were cooked in. The yogurt was served in a metal bowl and it was seperated and watery when we went down to breakfast. There was no white bread for making toast for the kids. They had what appeared to be premade french toast where the bread was stored. No waffle maker or pancake maker for kids. The indoor pool is very cold so kids could not swim. When we checked out I requested a receipt and they said they could not give me one because I booked through a third party I have never had this happen with any other hotel I book through a third party, I have always veen able to get a receipt at check out.

Overall it was a positive experience, my only complaint was that only 1 elevator was working and there were a lot of people having to wait in a relatively long line to ride it (people with a lot of baggage, like myself, or disabled people). The bar/snack setup was nice, but the card reader was down so you could only purchase items with cash.. Otherwise, good time.
