The Space:
"Ship Wreck" has the cool coastal colors that gives a fresh and relaxing vibe to this home’s living area. The open-concept floor plan allows a great flow for guests to enjoy the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This kitchen has everything you need for preparing family meals. Sink into the lavish living room sleeper sofa, and unwind with a family movie on the large, 55" mounted smart flat-screen television.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, 40" smart flat screen TV with a private balcony. The bathroom is shared.

Enjoy the balcony with a morning cup of coffee. After a fun day in PA, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed. This condo is on the second floor, there is not elevator access for this unit.

Very nice place to stay! Condo was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location, convenient to everything and a nice, roomy parking lot. Communication with property owner was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean ,I liked the unit , and the whole complex, very well designed, no problems with parking spaces, pool is small but very well maintained. Short drive to the beach, and very accessible to restaurants and shops Im glad we find this little gem in Port Aransas

My family and I where excited about going to the beach for my sons first vacation he's 2 and last min was canceled by the owners a day before we where to leave. This really put not only me but my family under a lot of stress because we had to place to stay. I will say the place looked really nice and would love to try to stay there but it was just a headache to start a first vacation
