Interior:
The farmhouse is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor opens onto the living room, with sofas and satellite TV, which leads to the dining room, the latter connected to the kitchen and to a further living room. Each room is equipped with French windows for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The first floor, accessible from the staircase in the kitchen, houses a double bedroom (with divisible bed) and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), both served by a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The entire property, completely fenced and protected by a double leylandii hedge border along the entire perimeter, occupies an area of approximately 1 hectare. Once through the entrance gate, along the internal avenue bordered by cypresses and lavender and rosemary bushes that leads to the parking area, a luxuriant and well-kept park opens up. A large lawn area is occupied by the rich and assorted orchard, with plum trees, cherries, peach trees, strawberry grapes. Holm oaks, lime trees, lemon trees alternate with aromatic bushes and rose climbers, protagonists everywhere in the garden. On one side of the farmhouse, along the perimeter enriched with camellias, rhododendrons and hydrangeas, a wooden gazebo is set up with a comfortable outdoor lounge, table and chairs, and a few steps away, in front of the French door of the dining room, there is a wood-burning oven and a mobile barbecue.
