I am writing to formally address the issues encountered during my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, I was denied the accommodation of my service animal, resulting in my family being kept outside for an extended period, including a child. Despite eventually being allowed to stay, it was under the condition of forfeiting our deposit. Furthermore, the lack of housekeeping services was noted, while it was observed that two other guests were permitted to have a dog and a cat on the premises. This inconsistency raises concerns of discrimination. During checkout, there was a demand to retain our deposit, and I was informed that tips for housekeeping staff are not received by them but kept by the owners. Additionally, an employee falsely accused me of bringing ticks when we’ve never brought a dog. They allow their family members to stay with animals. The treatment received has caused emotional distress, particularly for my wife, who relies on a licensed state service animal

This place was a dump I wouldn’t recommend at all. The staff seemed they couldn’t care less, everything was outdated and the bare minimum. And there were shady characters running around. It’s a depressing place with the absolute minimum done.

The owners are very nice and the place is very clean. Had no issues with check in and the rooms had mini fridges and microwaves for our convenience so I was able to make bottles for my baby easily.

I've stayed here quite a few times and the staff has always been friendly. The check-in process is quick and the rooms are clean. Maid service is also great. The only improvement I would suggest is having access to a microwave.
