Liked that i had someone specifically assigned to my room and had direct access to this person. Food choices were great. Need to however consider putting additional garbage cans in the room. Resort is pristine clean, grounds are beautiful, room was really nice. Food was great with good options, all restaurants seemed to be understaffed, took a while once seated and after orders placed. Beach and pool bar service was practically non-existent, perhaps under staffed issue again? Check in and out was fast. Oliver at pool was great with activities. The property was maintained well, the beach and pools were very clean. I was unhappy with the dining choices and the food. The dinner buffet was closed 2/4 times that it was scheduled to be open. The restaurants that were open, if we didn’t like the food choices, the wait staff seemed cranky if we ordered a different dish.

My stay at majestic was great, the resort was absolutely beautiful. It is the perfect location for couples. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and always willing to help (with a smile)

We stayed in the family section for the resort so I can't speak to the "club" or adults only section but I found the resort to appear run down and not kept tidy. There is no view of the beach from the main pool area because they built a restaurant in front of it. Our room jacuzzi was broken and the fridge was not cold. We did not have bathrobes in our room as promised even after I requested them from the front desk. The pool bar was not staffed for 2 of the afternoons we were there, and the activities occurred inconsistently with what was printed on the schedule. When the bar was open, it served bottom-shelf brands. You have to go inside for top-shelf brands but they're only open in afternoons. The beach chairs were covered with stained and mismatched cushion covers and were not straightened or organized each night like most resorts. You only get 1 towel per person per day. Even if it's wet or dirty, you can't exchange it for a new one. I had one that got ketchup on it from one of the nasty beach chairs and they would not exchange because the "did not have enough for everyone". I did complain to the front desk and was given a beach bag and a cheap bottle of tequila and rum. This is a "Walmart" of resorts and I will not return.
