Loved everything about the resort besides the elevators. The only elevators are in the main lobby...so coming back from the club at night was not fun...also no room service.

It was very clean and the staff are very nice and hard working! We didn’t care for the food options as most of them are time limited - when people are of vacation there should be access to food 24/7 at least one restaurant and/ or have food room service. The emergency alert system went off almost daily which scared us and it were false alarms.

Extremely well taken care of property. No food options at lunch except for buffet. Food well below average. Very bad. Always the same food. No real coffee shop, no room or bar service. I would definitely not go back. So many other better options similarly priced.

Hotel was clean and had nice beach access. That’s where it all ended. Very limited food options and the food taste was very poor. Staff service is a hit or miss. Eventhough this hotel is new it felt like the Motel 6 of resorts. First day no hot water in my room and couldn’t call the front desk because outgoing calls wouldn’t work in my room. They fixed the hot water issue immediately but the outgoing calls never worked in my room. Food was not good at all and thats my biggest issue with this hotel.

Transportation is nonexistent and service was not great. The excursions were not worth the amount that was paid and transportation once again was nonexistent. You will receive subpar service at this hotel, if you want a more attentive environment I would book elsewhere.

Really enjoy the RIU brand and this property was no exception. Great service, good food and drinks, rooms confy and property is well maintained. The beach is beautiful amd we love all the pools with different vibes to each one, so you can spend your day at a location that suits you. Would book again!

My number one complaint is the food. It was absolutely horrible. Nothing was seasoned, nothing had salt, textures were off. It’s a 20-30 minute drive to the nearest food options so if you are a foodie this is probably not for you. Number two complaint is the construction next door. There’s not much the hotel can do about that and they did accommodate us in changing rooms, but if you get a courtyard room you likely will get stuck facing construction. The rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating. The drinks were plenty. Overall, we made the best of the trip and had a good time but I would not stay again.

The staff (outside of the wait staff) when approached individually were rude. The staff also allowed a man to (apparently i can use the phrase that ehymes with rex because it is censored) harass several woman in the pool on multiple days despite it being reported.
