The overall experience was wonderful! Amazing hard working people making your stay enjoyable. Pools are clean, food is amazing delicious, entertainment is great. However I didn’t put all stars because we hadn’t had a good experience at check in. Our flight was delayed and instead of checking in at 7pm we checked in next morning at 7am and the receptionist Richie told our room is not ready yet. That was surprising because our room was supposed to be ready night before. We were offered to stay at another room with two beds when originally we selected and paid for a king bed room. But agreed to get another room because we were tired. The room we went to was a handicap room and we weren’t told what. We went back and the receptionist Richie told us there isn’t any room left. We called for a manager and surprisingly another room was found. Also WiFi didn’t work because Richie gave a wrong password and when we asked again he told us that the password is correct. I asked him to enter it into my phone and he did it in front of me… entered another password. I told him that he entered a different password but he said no it was the same… hey Richie why are you lying to customers? Do you just having fun making others upset? If yes, you shouldn’t be at this place! I hope your supervisor will read this review.
