Villa Ida is a modern semi-detached villa renovated in 2023 and divided into two houses, both with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with big trees and a brand new infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, away from massive tourism, allows you to discover the area through many cycling routes that start right in the proximity of the house, such as the well-known Valle dei Mulini.
The Rodole unit, located on the ground floor, has a large double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a further single bed and a supplementary pull-out bed, a small bathroom with shower, a windowed main bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, shower box and double washbasin. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining; it has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, breakfast counter, coffee corner with American-style coffee machine and italian coffee machine with pods. The living area with a beautiful decorative marble fireplace opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of garden and pool. It is furnished with a sofa, armchair, satellite TV and a large dining table.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage und der Pool ist neu. Die große Terrasse ist nach hinten versetzt und deswegen sogar bei Regenwetter nutzbar. Bei Sonne spendet sie schönen Schatten. CheckIn-/out funktioniert auch ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Anwesen ist auf einem größeren Gelände mit nur 2 Einheiten. Ist die andere Einheit nicht belegt, hat man den Pool für sich alleine. Es gibt eine Garage die man nutzen kann oder man kann das Auto im großen Hof parken. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Garda entfernt und es sind in der näheren Umgebung genügen Restaurants oder Cafes. Ein großer Supermarkt mit allem was man benötigt ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Straße mit dem Verkehr und deswegen hat man oft Geräusche vom Verkehr. Eine doch recht viel befahrene Straße führt ca. 30 bis 40 Meter an der Anlage vorbei, ist aber Nachts nicht störend da die Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite vom Haus liegen. Man kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und wir würden da auch wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir konnten auch die Eigentümer kennen lernen die einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck hinterlassen haben.
